Questions about pricing and payment

Does the price include VAT?

No. All prices shown are before 15% VAT, which is added to the invoice; you receive a compliant tax invoice with your business's VAT number, valid for input-VAT deduction.

Are there setup or migration fees?

No. Setup and migrating balances, customers, suppliers and assets from Excel or your current system are free, and so is remote training in Arabic. There are no setup, activation or upgrade fees.

How much do I save by paying yearly?

Paying yearly saves two months — a discount of about 17% on the yearly subscription. For example, the Professional plan is SAR 199 a month, or SAR 1,990 a year instead of SAR 2,388, before VAT.

Can I upgrade or cancel at any time?

Yes. Upgrades are immediate and you only pay the difference for the remaining period; downgrades and cancellations take effect from the next cycle with no penalty. Your data can always be fully exported, free of charge.
