Does the price include the Fatoora link?
Yes. Activating Phase 2, the link to Fatoora and e-invoicing certification are part of the price at no extra cost, and you do not need an intermediary provider.
What happens if I exceed my plan's invoice limit?
The platform alerts you as you approach the limit, and you can upgrade to the higher plan instantly, paying only the difference for the remaining period, without any pause in issuing invoices.
Are there setup or migration fees?
No. Setting up the invoice template and migrating customer data from your current system or Excel are free, and so is remote training in Arabic.
